Can I use my own logo and colour?
Yes. In settings you upload your logo (PNG or SVG, transparent works best) and choose an accent colour. They appear automatically on every invoice and reminder.
How large is the PDF?
Typically 30-80 KB. Small enough for email (no attachment-limit issues), large enough for crisp display and printing. Logo is optimised automatically.
Can I also download the PDF manually?
Yes. Every invoice can be downloaded as PDF without sending — handy for your own records or if the client only accepts post. The PDF is always stored in FactuurSturen.app.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. FactuurSturen.app is a web app — open in Safari or Chrome on your phone, log in and make your invoice. The PDF generates instantly, you can share via WhatsApp, email or save to photos.
Does the client receive the PDF as attachment?
Yes. When sending by email, the PDF goes as attachment. Clients see a short intro in the email and a button to pay directly (iDEAL or bank transfer).
