No. Your client gets the invoice as a PDF attachment in a regular email. They don't need to create an account or log in to anything.

Can I see if my client received the email?

Yes. FactuurSturen tracks delivery status. You can see whether the email was delivered and whether your client opened the invoice.

What does the email look like to my client?

Your client gets a professional email with your company name and a PDF invoice attached. It includes a short message and the invoice details.

Can I write my own email message?

Yes. You can set a default email message for all invoices and adjust it per invoice if needed.

What if the email bounces?

If an email can't be delivered, the invoice status is updated to show this. You can correct the email address and resend.
