How does the frequency work exactly?
You pick a start date and a frequency: weekly, monthly, quarterly, or yearly. FactuurSturen calculates when the next invoice needs to be created and does it automatically every morning at 06:00.
Can I pause a recurring invoice?
You can turn off a recurring invoice at any time. A dedicated pause button isn't there yet, but you can deactivate it and turn it back on later with a new start date.
What if the amount changes?
You can edit the recurring invoice at any time. Changes apply to the next invoice that gets created. Invoices that have already been sent stay as they are.
Do recurring invoices count as regular invoices?
Yes. Every automatically created invoice is a regular invoice in FactuurSturen. It shows up in your overview, you can find it again, and it gets a normal invoice number.
