Accounting suites quickly cost €15-€30 per month because they do much more — general ledger, VAT filing, year-end reports. FactuurSturen.app does none of that. You only pay for sending invoices and quotes.

Each invoice or quote uses one credit. Drafting, editing and saving is free. You only pay when you actually send.

All plans are cancellable monthly. Send little? Pick Starter. Send a lot? Switch to Basic or Business. No annual contract.

Pricing FAQ
What if I send more in a month than is included?
You can keep sending. Each extra invoice is billed at your plan's rate (€0.65 / €0.45 / €0.30). Your account is never blocked.
Is everything included in the Starter plan?
Yes. Quotes, recurring invoices, reminders, credit notes, VAT overview, dashboard — everything is in every plan. The only difference is the number of invoices.
Are there hidden costs?
No. No setup fee, no annual contract, no required add-ons. You pay the monthly amount plus any extra invoices above your plan.
Can I switch between plans?
Yes. You can switch every month. Busy month? Move to Basic or Business. Quiet month? Move back. No problem.
How do I cancel?
One click in your settings. No cancellation form, no phone call, no notice period. Your subscription ends at the end of the current month. Sent invoices remain available as PDFs, even after cancellation.
What if I don't invoice for a few months?
Two options: cancel and come back later (your invoice history stays preserved), or keep the Starter plan running for €2 per month. With Starter you keep access to everything you've sent so far plus the option to start again whenever you need to.
Is VAT on top of the price or included?
Prices are excluding 21% VAT. On your FactuurSturen.app invoice, VAT is added on top. As a business you can usually offset that VAT as input tax in your VAT return.
