Is online invoicing safe?
Yes. FactuurSturen runs on Dutch servers, connections are encrypted (HTTPS), and your data is backed up automatically. Your invoices are safer than on a laptop that can break or get lost.
What if I have no internet?
You need internet to save or send an invoice. For times when you're offline: the system remembers where you were — you can continue later without losing anything.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. FactuurSturen works in any modern browser, including on your phone. Handy if you want to create the invoice right after finishing a job.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Invoices, clients and payment history can be exported any time as PDF (per invoice) or CSV (for your accountant). Your data is yours — no vendor lock-in.
What if FactuurSturen is down?
We invest in that. FactuurSturen runs on redundant infrastructure with automated monitoring. In the unlikely case of an outage, your invoices and client data stay safe — no data lost.
Where is my data stored?
With FactuurSturen itself, on servers in the Netherlands. We are the data controller and use your data only to deliver the service. Read our privacy statement for details.
Can my accountant log in too?
On the roadmap. For now: you can easily export invoices as PDF or CSV to email to your accountant. A dedicated accountant login comes later.
How is online invoicing at FactuurSturen different from an accounting suite?
