Frequently asked questions
Can I bring my clients and products?
Yes. Export clients and products from FactuurPro as a CSV file and import them into FactuurSturen.app. Sent invoices stay in FactuurPro for your archive — those don't need to move.
Will my invoice numbering change?
Not necessarily. In FactuurSturen.app you can set a prefix (for example a year) and a starting number, so you can continue your existing sequence. Important: avoid duplicate numbers by noting which number was last sent in FactuurPro and starting from the next number in FactuurSturen.app.
Can I use both tools at once?
Technically yes, but it gets messy: duplicate client lists, possibly overlapping numbering, two places to look. Better is to switch over within one month — all new invoices in FactuurSturen.app, old ones stay viewable in FactuurPro.
