Larger businesses with multiple people on admin, more complex bookkeeping (multiple business units, international operations, inventory), or specific reporting requirements. Exact has modules for HR, projects, purchasing, inventory and CRM that FactuurSturen.app does not.
Can I bring clients and products from Exact?
Yes, via a CSV export from Exact and import into FactuurSturen.app. Sent invoices stay in Exact for your archive. FactuurSturen.app picks up where your invoicing was — you don't need to migrate the old history.
And what about bookkeeping?
You handle that separately: through an accountant, or with a lighter accounting tool running alongside FactuurSturen.app. At the end of each period you send your sent invoices (as PDF) to your accountant or upload them elsewhere. Many freelancers work this way: invoicing in FactuurSturen.app, bookkeeping with someone else.
